Work Package 1: Project Coordination and Management
Work Package 1 ensures the effective coordination, governance, and administrative management of the ACT-CHIK consortium. It provides the organisational, financial, contractual, and reporting framework necessary to ensure that all project activities are delivered efficiently, on time, and in compliance with the requirements of the Global Health EDCTP3 programme.
Objectives
1. Establish and implement an organizational structure that can handle day-to-day project management.
2. Assign and coordinate the activities of governance boards and committees.
3. Conduct the contractual and financial management of the project, including establishing the Consortium Agreement and Material Transfer Agreements for pre-grant agreement execution, protecting IP, if required.
4. Submit timely submission of deliverable reports and periodic reports, including financial reporting to EDCTP, when appropriate, with the Scientific Project Lead’s support (WP5), if required.
